By using INDIPEP RIDE, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. INDIPEP RIDE provides a platform to connect customers with drivers for ride booking services. Users must provide accurate information, follow all safety rules, and use the app responsibly. Ride availability, pricing, and estimated time may vary based on location and demand. Payments, cancellations, and refunds (if applicable) are subject to our policies. We may suspend accounts for fraud, misuse, or violation of terms. INDIPEP RIDE is not responsible for delays or losses caused by factors beyond our control. Continued use of the app means you accept updates to these terms.

Welcome to INDIPEP RIDE (“we”, “our”, “us”). INDIPEP RIDE is a taxi ride booking solution developed and operated by INDIPEP (IT Software Development). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the INDIPEP RIDE mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform” / “Services”).

By accessing or using INDIPEP RIDE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1) Eligibility

To use INDIPEP RIDE:

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or legally eligible to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

  • You must provide accurate and updated information.

2) About Our Services

INDIPEP RIDE provides a technology platform that enables:

  • Customers to request rides

  • Drivers to accept and complete ride requests

We are a platform provider and facilitate communication and booking between customers and drivers.

3) User Account & Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide correct name and phone number

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Not share your OTP/password with others

  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes

You are responsible for all activities done through your account.

4) Ride Booking & Service Availability

  • Ride requests are subject to driver availability.

  • Estimated arrival time and fare may change due to traffic, demand, route changes, or operational factors.

  • We may reject or cancel a ride request for safety, compliance, or technical reasons.

5) Pricing, Fare & Payments

Fares may include:

  • Base fare + distance/time charges

  • Waiting charges (if applicable)

  • Taxes and platform/service charges (if applicable)

Payment methods may include:

  • Cash (if enabled)

  • Online payment (UPI/cards/wallets if enabled)

You agree to pay the final fare shown at the end of the trip.

6) Cancellations & No-Show

Customers may cancel rides based on platform rules.
Cancellation charges may apply in cases such as:

  • Driver arrives and waits beyond a reasonable time

  • Customer is not reachable

  • Customer does not show up at pickup location

Drivers may also cancel rides due to:

  • Customer not responding

  • Unsafe pickup/drop location

  • Technical issues

7) User Conduct (Customer & Driver)

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal activities

  • Misbehave, threaten, harass, or abuse anyone

  • Damage vehicles or property

  • Provide false booking requests

  • Attempt fraud, chargeback abuse, or payment manipulation

  • Misuse coupons, referrals, or promotions

We may take action including suspension/termination for violations.

8) Safety & Compliance

For safety, users must:

  • Follow traffic and local transport laws

  • Wear seatbelt/helmet where required

  • Avoid carrying prohibited items

  • Maintain respectful behavior

INDIPEP RIDE may provide safety features such as ride details, trip tracking, and support tools.

9) Promotions, Coupons & Referrals

If we offer promotions/coupons:

  • They are subject to validity and usage limits

  • Misuse or manipulation may result in cancellation and account suspension

  • We may change or stop promotions anytime without notice

10) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or permanently block your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in fraud or suspicious activity

  • You create safety risks for others

  • You misuse the Platform or harm our business operations

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • INDIPEP RIDE is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, strikes, or network issues.

  • We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, missed appointments, business loss, or loss of profits.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

12) Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

13) Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, app design, and platform features belong to INDIPEP / INDIPEP RIDE.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Platform without written permission.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updates will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in [Your City/State].
